Abstract

The article is concerned with the analysis of the peculiarities of prevalence, primary incidence and coverage of patients with urolithiasis during dispensary observation in Ivano-Frankivsk region over ten years. Official report documents and data of analytical reference materials for 2004-2013 were studied. There was found that the indicators of the general, primary disease incidence and coverage of patients with urolithiasis during dispensary observation in Ivano-Frankivsk region were lower than in Ukraine in general, and were characterized by growth tendency and prognosis.  The peculiarities in the levels and trends were determined, namely the lack of the specified indicators growth in cities, better accessibility to medical aid in the industrially developed foothills areas, a significant change ratios of standardized indicators by place of residence, absence of gender difference, etc. which indicated the influence of medical and organizational factors and disadvantages of their formation accounting requiring the development and implementation of appropriate management decisions.
